Terms of service

 

1. Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy (For NASM ICPT, Peak Pilates Comprehensive and Group Exercise Leader)

Once learning materials have been dispatched (including but not limited to online courses, digital manuals, worksheets, and any other educational content), no refunds will be granted, and full course payment remains payable, regardless of course completion status.

This applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to personal, medical, health-related, scheduling, or unforeseen situations, as access to proprietary learning materials is provided immediately upon release and cannot be withdrawn or reassigned once issued.

If a student does not attend a workshop due to medical reasons, a transfer to an alternative date for the same course may be offered upon submission of a valid medical certificate.

A 25% administrative fee will apply.

An additional fee of up to AED 500 may be charged to cover the cost of any additional learning materials required.

No cancellations will be accepted less than forty-eight (72) hours prior to the workshop date. Such cases will be treated as non-attendance and will result in a no-show fee of AED 1,500.


2. Course Deadlines & Examination Policy

Students must schedule their final exam within six (6) months from the date of purchase. Failure to do so may result in extension fees.

Failure to complete the final exam within one (1) year from the date of purchase will result in:

  • Revocation of access to the online account

  • Forfeiture of all fees paid

MEFITPRO reserves the right to reschedule or cancel workshops at any time if deemed necessary with no refund liability.

A valid CPR/First Aid Certificate is required prior to undertaking the final exam.

In the event of a non-competent result, the following re-sit fees apply:

  • Practical Exam: AED 500 (if unsuccessful after the first attempt)

  • LAP Re-submission: AED 250 (if unsuccessful after the third attempt)

  • Theory Exam: AED 1,500 (if unsuccessful after the third attempt)


3. Installment Plans

By selecting an installment payment option, the student acknowledges and agrees that:

The full course fee must be paid within the agreed payment schedule, regardless of course completion status.

The full course fee must be settled prior to:

  • LAP submission

  • Practical examination

  • Final theory examination

MEFITPRO reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the course at any stage until full payment is received

  • Cancel or postpone workshops and examinations until full payment is received

  • Withhold certificates until full payment is received


4. Not in Good Standing Status

Payment plans are offered as a privilege, not a right. Students must comply with all agreed payment schedules.

Failure to make payments on time will result in a “Not in Good Standing” status, and access to learning platforms and services will be suspended.

Students must contact MEFITPRO Student Support to clear outstanding balances and restore their status.

While in a Not in Good Standing status, students:

  • May not purchase additional products or services

  • May not apply for recertification

  • If a student remains in Not in Good Standing status for a total of sixty (60) days, whether consecutive or not, their certification may be revoked.

MEFITPRO reserves the right to report outstanding debts and Not in Good Standing status to relevant authorities or third parties, including employers, regulatory bodies, or licensing organizations, where applicable.


5. Live Workshop Policy

Workshop slots are limited and confirmed in advance.

If a student is unable to attend a confirmed workshop, they must notify education@mefitpro.com , so the slot may be reassigned.

Cancellation charges for live workshops are as follows:

  • AED 500 – more than two (2) weeks before the workshop

  • AED 1,000 – one (1) week before the workshop

  • AED 1,500 – within seventy-two (72) hours of the workshop

No refunds will be issued for failure to attend a workshop or live event.

In the event MEFITPRO cancels a workshop, students will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

If a workshop is cancelled or postponed due to force majeure, including weather conditions or acts of God, MEFITPRO may reschedule the event within twelve (12) months, with no refund liability.

No cancellations will be accepted within seventy-two (72) hours of the workshop date. This will be treated as non-attendance and subject to a AED 1,500 administrative fee.

Under no circumstances will refunds or exchanges be granted on or after the scheduled workshop date.


6. All Other Courses – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once purchased, no refunds will be issued and full payment remains due.

Training dates are subject to change and require a minimum of six (6) participants.

Refund and credit terms are as follows:

  • More than six (6) weeks’ notice: Full refund minus 3% bank charges

  • Four (4) to six (6) weeks’ notice: Full refund minus 25% administrative fee

  • Two (2) to four (4) weeks’ notice: Credit to MEFITPRO account (minus 25% administrative fee)

  • Less than two (2) weeks’ notice: No refund or credit

  • No cancellations will be accepted after 12:00 noon on the working day prior to the course.

  • Non-attendance without prior notice will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.


7. Health & Safety Policy

By enrolling, the student confirms and agrees that:

  • Participation is voluntary and undertaken at their own risk

  • They have no medical conditions or physical limitations that may be adversely affected

  • They accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation

  • They waive any right to claim compensation against MEFITPRO, its organizers, sponsors, presenters, or participants
