Refund policy

1. Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy (For NASM ICPT, Peak Pilates Comprehensive and Group Exercise Leader)

Once learning materials have been dispatched (including but not limited to online courses, digital manuals, worksheets, and any other educational content), no refunds will be granted, and full course payment remains payable, regardless of course completion status.

This applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to personal, medical, health-related, scheduling, or unforeseen situations, as access to proprietary learning materials is provided immediately upon release and cannot be withdrawn or reassigned once issued.

If a student does not attend a workshop due to medical reasons, a transfer to an alternative date for the same course may be offered upon submission of a valid medical certificate.

A 25% administrative fee will apply.

An additional fee of up to AED 500 may be charged to cover the cost of any additional learning materials required.

No cancellations will be accepted less than forty-eight (72) hours prior to the workshop date. Such cases will be treated as non-attendance and will result in a no-show fee of AED 1,500.

2. All Other Courses – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once purchased, no refunds will be issued and full payment remains due.

Training dates are subject to change and require a minimum of six (6) participants.

Refund and credit terms are as follows:

  • More than six (6) weeks’ notice: Full refund minus 3% bank charges

  • Four (4) to six (6) weeks’ notice: Full refund minus 25% administrative fee

  • Two (2) to four (4) weeks’ notice: Credit to MEFITPRO account (minus 25% administrative fee)

  • Less than two (2) weeks’ notice: No refund or credit

  • No cancellations will be accepted after 12:00 noon on the working day prior to the course.

  • Non-attendance without prior notice will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

 

Our policy lasts 30 days if purchased 60 days before course date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your case is looked at, We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
