3 Step Process to Certification
Step 1:
Study your online course material. 23 Chapters of highly interactive AND rich in
media files, videos, tools, notes, study guides, templates and textbook.
Approximately 80+ hours of content.
Step 2:
Attend your Practical Workshop. This is where we cement the learning and
put into practice the principles, sciences and systems that you have learned
from your online course. This step prepares you to successfully complete your final
exam and assessments.
Step 3:
Successful completion of your assessments:( To be scheduled after 3 weeks)
• Case Study (Designing a Fitness Program)
• Practical Exam (1 on 1 Coaching Session in the Gym)
• Multiple Choice Theory Exam (100 question exam, pass mark of 70%)
