MEFITPRO is looking for a dynamic, creative and self-motivated leader who is inspired by the opportunity to work with leading global sports and fitness brands in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
The role will plan, develop, implement & evaluate the sales strategy in the retail channel with an objective of achieving the organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for department level development & execution of retail services sales strategies, procedures, and policies.
· Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis.
· Plan & forecast sales. Generate relevant reports.
· Ensure department is fully stocked & merchandise is attractively displayed.
· Plan and execute training programs for partners.
· Develop/maintain relationships with existing & new customers, suppliers & other stakeholders.
Criteria:
· Retail sales/ BD experience with sports/fitness brands is a must.
· Experience in managing key accounts, preferably having a strong database.
· Passion for sports and/or fitness.
· Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads.
· Self-starter and ability to work independently as well as in teams.
· Excellent leadership, social and communication skills.
· Strong analytical, time-management and organizational skills.
· Arabic speaker preferred, however not a mandate.
· Bachelor’s degree or relevant.
· Car and UAE driving license.
