We are looking for a highly motivated, performance-driven individual to join our company to ensure the continuous growth of the Marketing & Ecommerce division in the sports and fitness industry.

- Manage marketing calendar to deliver business growth
- Launch and optimize marketing campaigns to drive traffic acquisition, conversion and revenue
- Work with in-house designer to create on-brand creative that drives both engagement & revenue growth
- Leverage email marketing for multiple brands (A/B testing)
- Curate & repurpose blog content, optimising keyword research
- Manage influencers & affiliates
- Leverage social media and content marketing to grow brand relevance, authority, and organic traffic
- Create PPC campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Google) with ROAS
- Produce reports that deliver key insights for continuous improvement of campaigns & activations
- Instore merchandising
- End to end management of events & activations
Required Education, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a start-up, entrepreneurial environment or media agency.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns
- Understanding and experience in Google Analytics or any other digital marketing reporting software.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as PPC ,SEO, SEM, Social Media, and affiliate channels
- Ability to multitask
- Creative with a positive attitude with a can-do approach
- Ability to work in small teams
- A strong sense of accountability
- Passion for sports and fitness, and a good understanding of sports and fitness communities is an advantage.
