KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Excellent knowledge and experience in customer service
  • Comfortable writing strategic plans, analyzing markets and market potential
  • Responsible for the brand’s membership growth
  • Recruitment, training and developing the team & having all clubs always fully staffed
  • Conducting customers relationship training courses
  • Motivates the teams and monitors their production levels by using protocols and CRM
  • Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and resolving problems
  • Retaining the existing members of the gym
  • Recognizes top performers through daily sales updates, and during monthly and yearly awards
  • Conducts performance management and appraisal
  • Improves professional and technical knowledge by getting new skills certifications, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in organized activities by professional societies

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 Year Experience as Customer Service in an established commercial fitness business or Hospitality Industry

Should have minimum 2 years experience as Manager and managing the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required, post-graduate degree preferred

Computer skills – MS Office, Internet, Membership Systems and CRM
