KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Excellent knowledge and experience in customer service
- Comfortable writing strategic plans, analyzing markets and market potential
- Responsible for the brand’s membership growth
- Recruitment, training and developing the team & having all clubs always fully staffed
- Conducting customers relationship training courses
- Motivates the teams and monitors their production levels by using protocols and CRM
- Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and resolving problems
- Retaining the existing members of the gym
- Recognizes top performers through daily sales updates, and during monthly and yearly awards
- Conducts performance management and appraisal
- Improves professional and technical knowledge by getting new skills certifications, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in organized activities by professional societies
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 Year Experience as Customer Service in an established commercial fitness business or Hospitality Industry
Should have minimum 2 years experience as Manager and managing the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required, post-graduate degree preferred
Computer skills – MS Office, Internet, Membership Systems and CRM
