KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Excellent knowledge and experience in customer service
  • Comfortable writing strategic plans, analyzing markets and market potential
  • Responsible for the brand’s membership growth, yield management and sales revenue
  • Recruitment, training and developing the team & having all clubs always fully staffed
  • Conducting sales courses and certifications for new joiners
  • Identifies and trains future sales managers
  • Motivates sales teams and monitors their production levels by using protocols and CRM
  • Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
  • Completes regular competitive analysis
  • Implement Marketing strategies in the club along with Marketing department.
  • Recognizes top performers through daily sales updates, and during monthly and yearly awards
  • Conducts performance management and appraisal
  • Improves professional and technical knowledge by getting new skills certifications, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in organized activities by professional societies
  • Provides weekly and monthly reports to Director of Sales and management

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 4 Year Experience as Customer Service in an established commercial fitness business or Hospitality Industry

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required, post-graduate degree preferred

Computer skills – MS Office, Internet, Membership Systems and CRM
