You will be responsible for:
- Development and implementation of direct sales channels strategy (national sports federations, fitness centers, pro sports teams, sports academies, etc.).
- Development and execution of promotional events and community activations strategy.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Planning and executing training programs for partners.
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Experience within fitness industry and/or brands preferred
- Understanding of sports communities and industry (amateur and professional).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Team player.
- Self-starter and able to work under extremely tight deadlines.
- Outstanding social and communication skills.
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
- Flexible work schedule.
- University/College degree.
- Car and UAE driving license.
- Flexibility to travel across UAE (and possibly Middle East region).
- Arabic language proficiency preferred but not mandatory.
