MMA for Fitness

MMA for Fitness is a course created exclusively for you to use Mixed Martial Arts drills and skills during your private and group training sessions.

Offering a variety of techniques taken from professional MMA you’ll learn how to apply moves to train hard in a professional and non-combative atmosphere. Courses are led by Rossi MMA Team founder and Principle Marcos Rossi.


Marcos started training karate at the age of 2 and achieved his black belt at the age of 14 years old. That same year he began representing Brazil in national and international karate competitions and continued to be a permanent fixture in the Brazilian squad over the next 14 years.

At 15 Marcos started to practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and today he holds a black belt in this amazing Martial Art. Marcos has recently founded the Rossi Team (Brazil - Dubai) and taken his students through the BJJ fundamentals and competitions all over UAE.

Marcos graduated in Physical Education, with a Master in Physiology of Exercise and Master in Personal Training, and has extensive experience when training Martial Arts with athletes and high level MMA fighters.
