Aims of the applied nutrition level 2 course: 
 
• Understand the theory and practical applications behind nutritional programming for people with the goals of competing in physique sports, preparing for a photo shoot or sports at a highly competitive level. 
• How to set up a nutrition program for a client taking into account time frames involved and any extra protocols needed to be their best on the day. 
• Learn how to personalise and periodise a nutrition program from set up to implementation 
 
Outcomes of the applied nutrition level 2 course: 
• For participants to understand how to get clients to extreme body composition goals, get them to make weight for weight classed sports and achieve peak performance for top level sports.
