The HBX STRONG program was designed initially for the French Olympic Wrestling Federation to aid in their physical preparation of wrestlers. 

After extensive development, this program is now available to all including team sports coaches and personal trainers. Arm yourself with a Kettlebell to develop your potential force. Slamball and jump ropes are there to improve your cardiovascular endurance.

  • Introduction of HBX Strong concept
  • Kettlebell - Analyze of the fundamental movement with the Turkish Get-Up
  • Push and Pull - horizontal and vertical tractions
  • Load-displacement
  • Methodology for creating sessions
