HBX BOXING is a functional training program that uses music and combines the techniques of combat sport including MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), Boxing and Muay Thai but without the contact. Your single opponent is a punching bag or Medicine ball on which you will be able to let off steam safely. 

HBX BOXING has all the advantages of fight training without the contact drawbacks! This training is open to all, even if you have never practiced combat sport before.

  • The methodology for creating sessions
  • Discovery and practice of Kick Boxing and Taekwondo
  • Discovery and practice of Karate
  • Mix Martial Art and driving conditioning training
