MEFITPRO takes all reasonable care to ensure that product details, goods descriptions, sizes, weights and measurements are fair and accurate. However, MEFITPRO accept no responsibility for errors of omissions.


All orders placed online at are subject to our order acceptance information.

Accepting an OrderOrder(s) acceptance will take place once we dispatch the product(s) ordered.

Declining an Order Occasionally we are not able to accept orders and these are the most common reasons:

  • We do not have the product(s) in stock
  • We are unable to obtain payment authorization
  • There has been some kind of pricing or product description error


MEFITPRO aim to dispatch all orders placed on the MEIFITPRO website within three (3) working days of order(s) approval. You will be kept up-to-date on the progress of your order(s) via email. For large product orders you may be contacted directly by one of our suppliers or postal agents to arrange delivery.

Orders will only be dispatched upon:

  • Payment approval
  • Product(s) in stock

  • You may cancel your order(s) at any time within seven (7) working days after delivery. For advanced payments MEFITPRO will refund the monies within 30 days. (please see our Refund & Return policy for further details
  • Order cancellations after the seven (7) days period will incur a restocking fee
  • Cancellations are only valid if they are in compliance with the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000

  • If you have not yet received your order(s) and wish to cancel please email us immediately on giving as much detail as possible

  1. Bespoke product(s) made to your personal specifications
  2. Sealed books, audio or video recordings which have been opened
  3. Product(s) which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly
  4. Opened apparel and clothing cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
