Take your first steps into your group fitness career with us.

Our Group Exercise leader (G.E.L) course is a first in the Middle East designed to help new instructors take their first step into group fitness. Courses are run on the first weekend of each month and last three days covering both practical and theoretical elements of conducting a basic group fitness class.

A G.E.L qualification or exercise to music certificate is a prerequisite before joining one of our Les Mills Initial Module Trainings.
