Twist Advanced Functional Training is an 8-hour certification which takes you through the four key functional components of Balance, Core, Strength & Movement.

The focus of the course is on enhancing human function through the development of a firm foundation to provide clients of all ages and backgrounds with improved physical tools to pursue their goals in fitness, activity and in life.
