REFUNDS & RETURNS

Our refund & returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. To return an item or request a refund please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

RETURNS

  1. All returned products must be in new and unused condition, with original labels and original packaging intact. You are responsible for the returning products and all associated costs, including any bank fees related to Telegraphic Transfers
  2. Please note that items such as Mats, Gloves, Mitts, etc. cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons. Custom orders (such as benches with custom upholstery) cannot be returned

REFUNDS

  1. Any refunds on product(s) will be made via the same form of payment originally used for the purchase
  2. You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed. Processing a refund may take up to three (3) weeks from receipt of the returned product(s)
  3. Refunds for canceled product(s) within seven 97) days will receive a refund within thirty (30) days
  4. MEFITPRO reserve the right not to generate refunds for product(s) purchased from third parties. In this case please contact the third party you bought the product(s) from

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

  1. In the case of damaged, defective or incorrect product(s), returned goods will be checked on receipt and you will be notified via email with a decision whether to accept the return or not
  2. In the event that we find no fault in the product(s), we reserve the right to charge for the full value of the product(s) and to recover any fees and expenses incurred
